1. Data controller

The controller is Giuseppe Irranca, Alghero (SS), Italy. For any request about your data you can write to me from the form on the Contact page.

2. What data I collect

Data you give me: first name, last name, email address, subject and text of the message and, if you wish, a phone number. These are the only data the form asks for.

Technical data: the hosting provider records some connection information in its own systems, such as the IP address, the date and time of the visit and the page requested. It is used for security and for the operation of the service.

I do not use cookies, either technical or profiling. I do not use analytics, advertising or visitor recognition tools. The site’s fonts are hosted on the site itself and are not loaded from external services.

3. Why I use it and on what basis

I use the form data to reply to you and, if a working relationship begins, to follow it up. The legal basis is your consent and, when the request concerns a possible assignment, the pre contractual measures you ask for.

Technical data is processed by the hosting provider for the security of the service, on the basis of legitimate interest.

Providing the form data is optional, but without first name, last name and email I cannot reply.

4. Spam protection

To avoid automated messages the form uses a hidden field and a check on the time taken to fill it in. No external verification services are used.

5. Who receives the data

Messages reach my mailbox. The site and the mail are hosted by Aruba S.p.A., which processes the data as a service provider on my behalf. I do not sell the data and I do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

When you follow a link to Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram or other sites, you leave this site: from then on the privacy rules of those services apply.

6. How long I keep it

I keep messages for the time needed to reply and to manage any relationship that follows, normally no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Then I delete them.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

I do not transfer data outside the European Union.

8. Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Requests are free and are made from the form on the Contact page.

If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

9. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. This is why no consent banner appears.

10. Changes

If anything changes in the way I process data, I will update this page and the date above.
